OBJECT NOTES
The piece, in full.
Tide compresses the language of a branching structure into a table small enough to move beside a chair. Three copper stems rise from separate feet, meet beneath the centre, and divide again just below the glass.
The top is cast with a shallow, uneven perimeter. Its smoke colour grows denser toward the edge while remaining transparent over the central joint.
The result is intricate without becoming delicate: a stable table whose structure can be understood from every angle.

MATERIAL / METHOD
What it is made from, and how.
MATERIALS + FINISH
Smoked cast glass; cast copper alloy; natural cork floor pads.
Polished glass face with softly textured edge; living dark-copper patina sealed with wax.
PRODUCTION METHOD
The three-branched base is lost-wax cast as two interlocking parts, chased by hand, and fitted before patination. The glass disc is slumped into a textured mould and polished only on its upper face.
Each base is load-tested and levelled before the top is bonded to three discreet clear supports.
BEFORE AND AFTER DELIVERY
Specify it well. Keep it for longer.
Customisation
Glass is available in smoke, clear, or pale grey. Copper may be supplied in darkened, naturally aged, or warm brushed finish.
No custom diameter is offered because the mould and three-point structure are calibrated together.
Care
Clean the glass with a soft lint-free cloth. Use only neutral cleaner and never apply pressure to one edge.
The copper will deepen gradually; a care wax may be supplied on request.
Delivery
Delivered fully assembled in a fitted crate. Lift from the base, never from the glass top.
Suitable for parcel-freight only with specialist art handling.
